Junior Kindergarten- Fourth Grade Physical Education

Students are introduced to and practice the necessary skills and techniques for participating in a variety of physical activities and sports. They are able to utilize the skills they learn in team play.

Time Allotment: 

Junior Kindergarten: 30 minutes, one day per week.

Kindergarten: 45 minutes, one day per week.

First – fourth grades: 50 minutes per day, two days per week.

Fifth- Sixth Grade Physical Education

Students are introduced to and practice the necessary skills and techniques for participating in a variety of physical activities and sports. They are able to utilize the skills they learn in team play.

Time Allotment: 60 minutes per day, two days per week.

The physical education program is also tied-in with the after-school athletics program.
